Ive played this course many times, most recently over Christmas. Nice simple course down by the sea. The fairways are all kokuya so your ball generally sits up nicely.
Quite a hard sandy base, which can make it hard to get under your iron shots. The greens are always in good condition and run well.
Overall, its a pretty uninspiring course although for $15 Fitzroy is good value for money.
